Saddle Farm, TN31

Saddle Farm is a smart working farm tucked away in the East Sussex countryside. The main farmhouse and farmyard are reached down a long private drive cutting through established woodland and opening up to the near-600 acre arable farm.

The period farmhouse has recently been refurbished and is surrounded by large gardens, which also include a brick outbuilding, once used as a recording studio, now the perfect ‘green room” space for a film or photo shoot crew. Other farm buildings include a mix of old and new, including a 19th century granary and stables, a vast greenhouse and modern farm storage sheds.

The farm land extends across lightly undulating terrain, peppered with established trees, and reaching down and across the lower levels to the river. A network of farm tracks make access very easy, including reaching a chocolate-box farm cottage that is perched in the middle of nowhere.
