Three Mere Farm, TN22

Three Mere Farm is a near-400 acre rural location combining lakes, woodland, pasture and parkland with a distinctive blend of historic and modern farm architecture

The Tudor-style main house, built in the 1920s–30s with ornate period detailing, offers spacious interiors and exteriors suited to filming. There is also a 17th–18th-century barn, Victorian greenhouse and a mix of cottages and modern agricultural buildings. Formal gardens surround the house, as well as parkland with topiary and a small maze adding to the heritage feel within an otherwise quiet and isolated landscape.

Three large lakes, with interesting shaping and details including a cascading waterfall and jetty , sit among grass fields and some ancient woodland offers  clearings and vehicle tracks.

A treehouse overlooking one of the lakes and extensive private roads further expand the range of backdrops, making Three Mere Farm adaptable for productions seeking water, woodland, period settings and practical unit space in one location.
