Union Farm, LE12

Union Farm is a design-led rural location centred around a restored red-brick farmhouse and a collection of stylish converted farm buildings at the end of a long, tree-lined gravel drive. Originally a neglected farm yard, the site has been transformed into a stylish retreat while retaining its rustic agricultural heritage.

Union Farm’s landscape is mainly open grassland divided into horse fields, with a small spinney running along the ridge of the farm that provides a natural setting and elevated views back across the land.

Around the yard sits a range of unusual features, including two converted grain silos, one with a private cinema, alongside converted barns and modern timber-clad buildings.

The result of this varied yet compact shoot location is a practical and eclectic mix of old farm structures, contemporary barn-style architecture, with stylish outdoor spaces and distinctive interiors. It’s particularly suited to fashion and lifestyle shoots or film and TV seeking trendy rural residences with inspiring backdrops.
