Quill Farm, TN25
Quill Farm combines two neighbouring farmyards, offering a varied mix of traditional farm buildings, arable land and open fields. The two farmyards sit just a minute apart by car, allowing productions to move easily between locations.
The surrounding landscape comprises rolling farmland, grass fields and vineyards, with extensive margin tracks running around the arable fields for easy vehicle access and long rural sightlines. Woodland pockets, a lake and historic watercress beds run close to the farmyards, with local history linking the area to Jane Austen, who is said to have written here at Quill Farm.
The farms offer a collection of traditional Kent buildings. Two historic farmhouses are available, including one with interiors featuring a large stone fireplace, cellar and period detailing. Multiple Kent barns, other farm buildings, an industrial workshop and a converted dairy provide a range of rustic and agricultural backdrops for filming and photoshoots.
