Peacock Hall, PE11
Peacock Hall is a historic Grade II-listed manor estate set within approximately 9 acres of private land in rural Lincolnshire. Formerly a fully functioning agricultural estate, the location combines elegant Georgian architecture, formal gardens, traditional outbuildings and open countryside with a highly practical production setup.
The manor house dates from 1794 and offers authentic period interiors and exteriors, including sweeping staircases, reception rooms, sash windows, fireplaces and a cellar. The estate has been carefully maintained in a classic country house style, making it particularly well suited to period drama, editorial shoots and full production takeovers.
The grounds include extensive topiary gardens, mature evergreen planting, open lawns, paddocks, meadows and a partially filled medieval moat close to the house. Woodland areas, private drives and untouched barns and stables add further variety, making Peacock Hall a versatile location for filming and photoshoots.
