When you refer an owner outside the M25 you will receive:

Just email Tiff at [email protected] and quote the reference ‘REFER-EO’ plus the name of your referral. Tiff will then forward you a ‘Register Your Farm’ form for you to pass on to your referral.

Yes! You’ll receive a bottle of English Sparkling Wine* for every Landowner you refer so long a they sign up by the end of 2022. As an existing owner you’ll also receive £100** (see below for full Terms & Conditions).
*A gift of a bottle of English Sparkling Wine (“the Referral Gift”) will be sent to the existing owner listed with Farm Locations (“Existing Owner”) for all new owner referrals made in accordance with these terms and conditions. A “New Owner” is someone who does not currently have a location listed with Farm Locations or a location in the pipeline already but not yet listed. A New Owner is classed as one referral regardless of the number of locations they own that are listed with Farm Locations. The Referral Gift will be sent to the Existing Owner for every New Owner referred dependent on the location of the New Owner’s farm. If the New Owner’s farm is within the M25, the Referral Gift will be sent to the Existing Owner upon the New Owner’s farm going live and listed on our website. If the New Owner’s farm is located outside of the M25, the Referral Gift will be sent to the Existing Owner upon the first booking of the New Owner’s farm being completed and the Invoice paid by the client. Referral introductions made by an Existing Owner must be received by 30th September 2022. In addition, the New Owner must have completed and signed the Agency Agreement by 31st December 2022.
**A gift of £100 (“the Referral Credit”) will be sent to the Existing Owner for all New Owner referrals made in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Referral Credit will be paid by way of a £100 discount on the Farm Locations commission on the Existing Owner’s next booking. Referral introductions made by an Existing Owner must be received by 30th September 2022. In addition, the New Owner must have completed and signed the Agency Agreement by 31st December 2022. When an Existing Owner qualifies for the Referral Credit will be dependent on the location of the New Owner’s farm. If the New Owner’s farm is within the M25, the Existing Owner will qualify for the Referral Credit, payable in accordance with these terms and conditions, upon the New Owner’s farm going live and listed on our website. If the New Owner’s farm is located outside of the M25, the Existing Owner will qualify for the Referral Credit, payable in accordance with these terms and conditions, upon the first booking being completed and the Invoice paid by the client.
