Allsorts Farm, SN6

Allsorts Farm offers a fabulous mixture of backdrop flavours, hence the name! It’s a 1,900-acre working farm as well as a diverse commercial enterprise with a lovely rural pub, glamping and hotel accommodation in the mix. The farm is set across clay valleys and chalk downland within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, combining open views, sheltered farmland and authentic agricultural settings.

The land includes arable fields of wheat and barley, wildflower meadows, long hedgerows, grassland, orchards and market garden areas. Pockets of woodland sit across the farm, encompassing ancient and recent plantations with established paths and bird hides.

At the heart of the farm are three distinct farmyards featuring traditional Victorian red-brick buildings, including a large farmhouse and terraced farm cottages, alongside working barns used for dairy cows, calves and pigs. A traditional milking parlour sits within one of the barns, while a modern New Zealand–style open milking parlour and large open-sided barn provide contemporary agricultural visuals. There are also derelict and decaying structures, offering textured, timeworn settings.

A key feature of Allsorts Farm is the working pub and separate hotel, owned by the same landowner of the farm, and both are available for interiors and exteriors. Alongside glamping areas with yurts and shepherd’s huts set in more secluded parts of the estate, the farm offers a rare combination of varied locations, facilities and on-site accommodation, making it particularly well suited to large crews and long-form productions.
