This untouched early 18th century farmhouse and farmyard with 80 acres of surrounding land are what remains of an ancient estate. The overgrown grounds reveal glimpses of its former glory, including a walled garden with tumbledown stones, overgrown ancient trees and robust stone buildings with far reaching views over the Cotswolds. The farmhouse sits at the heart of an old derelict farmyard with numerous abandoned buildings providing an atmospheric back drop for filming and photoshoots.

GETTING TO DORMOUSE FARM

Trains run from London Paddington to Oxford station or London Marylebone to Oxford Parkway. Dormouse Farm is then approximately 20 minutes by taxi from either station.

London Paddington Station is approximately 1hr and 30 minutes away by car.

FACILITIES AT DORMOUSE FARM

Parking for some vehicles can be within the farmyard area and extended into fields. Larger crews can also make use of larger unit spaces on across a larger estate within the same ownership.

The house, currently vacant, can provide space for crews, with functioning power and running water.
