Pippin Hall, GL55
Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Pippin Hall is a historic manor house surrounded by 150 acres of rolling parkland, orchards, and farmland. The house itself, with its honey-coloured Cotswold stone and timeless gardens wrapping around, provides a striking backdrop, while the land beyond opens into wide, uninterrupted views.
The landscape blends character and variety: apple, pear, cherry, and old Bramley orchards; a wild swimming lake with a charming 1700s boathouse; long poplar-lined tracks; and wide open fields. The estate also includes a mix of working and historic farm buildings, from coach houses and a stable yard to dilapidated pigsties and barns, adding many a backdrop for all kinds of briefs.
