Shepherds Barn Farm, RH9

Shepherds Barn Farm is a working farm full of character and versatility. At its heart is a 16th-century shepherd’s barn, alongside a quirky cow shed converted into a home, a private bar, and an empty farmhouse available for interiors and exteriors. The farm also features a working brewery with vats and machinery, offering creative opportunities for a wide range of shoots. Shepherds Barn also raises seasonal animals, including 20,000 turkeys, 3,000 laying hens, and a flock of sheep and cows.

The grassland landscape includes weeping willow fields with 25 mature trees, natural streams and ponds, alongside paddocks for farm animals. With a private outdoor swimming pool, bistro, farm shop, and beer garden, the farm mixes lifestyle and hospitality spaces with rural farmyard settings all in one location.
