Tine Farm, NN12

Tine Farm is an 800-acre working beef, sheep and arable farm offering two distinct filming settings within a single location. One centres around a well-maintained historic farmhouse and traditional farmyard, while the other provides a separate collection of derelict agricultural buildings and an abandoned farmhouse, creating two very different rural backdrops just a short distance apart.

The main farmyard offers a Grade II*-listed 17th-century farmhouse featuring original oak panelling, a traditional studded oak entrance door and an original staircase. Alongside the farm house sits a historic stable yard, dovecote and a mix of working agricultural buildings, combining period character with an active farming environment.

Nearby, there is a separate derelict farmstead, where an abandoned farmhouse and decaying barns have been left largely untouched, providing a weathered, mysterious setting.

The wider farm includes expansive grass and arable fields, mature woodland, ponds and parkland, with private farm tracks linking the different areas across the farm.
