Valeview Farm, LL16

Valeview Farm is a striking location for film and photoshoots, set in the hills of North Wales. Originally built to serve an early 1900s hospital, it has evolved into a 500-acre working sheep and arable farm, rich in history, texture and cinematic details.

The landscape offers a powerful visual mix: rolling hills, wildflower meadows, ancient bluebell woodland and open grassland with dramatic views. Derelict and overgrown buildings, including a 1940s farmhouse, a large disused sheep shed, former dairy and piggery, provide aged character and layered backdrops, ideal for storytelling.

Scattered across the land are remnants of its past, including WW2 bomb craters, an old air raid shelter, stone ruins, tanks and culverts. These historic quirks, alongside dry stone walls, bridleways, kissing gates, a stone bridge and conifer belts, create a raw, natural setting with endless inspiration for creatives.

With its scale, variety and atmosphere, Valeview Farm makes a perfect location for film, TV, stills and fashion shoots seeking isolation, rich textures and varied backdrops.
