The sign up form is below – you’ll provide the key facts and photos that we will need to list your location on the internal directory.
Payment is required by midnight 31/7/26 in order to qualify for the 50% discount of £25 per year.
Your listing is valid for one calendar year. Renewal after the first year will be charged at the standard rate (currently £50).
You can cancel at any time, and your listing will be removed. Any payment already made is however non-refundable. You only pay for one year at a time.
The normal entry price of £50 will resume for all sign-ups made after 1st August 2026.
Once payment is made, your listing will go live within 2 working days. It’s that quick!

When our family farm needed to diversify, one of my ideas was to open up to film crews. We listed the farm with location agencies based in London, but nothing came of it.
Britain’s farms offer so much diversity for shooting. So why did we get no interest? They didn’t share the passion like I did. So I started to promote the family farm myself and within a few weeks, I secured the first shoot, for Tatler magazine.
My concern was proven. The film industry needed a champion for farmers, and Farm Locations was born.
Fast forward 10 years and along with my team of Gemma, Carolyn and Marta, we are firmly established as the go-to for farm locations across the UK. We absolutely love what we do – that’s successfully helping landowners across the UK enjoy the rewards of hosting film and television productions too.
