The interiors at Twofold Farm offer flexible spaces with a clear mid–late 20th century feel. Plenty of natural light, soft colour, and gentle patterns give the house character while keeping it easy to adapt. Light-toned finishes and simple proportions help the rooms feel open and workable, whether styled for everyday domestic scenes or something more styled. The layout flows naturally, allowing for multiple setups within a single shoot while maintaining a cohesive, consistent look.
Retro converted barn at Magnolia Farm
The converted barn from the 20th century at Magnolia Farm is available for both interiors and exteriors. Finished in black timber, the exterior has a very original look, while inside the spaces feel practical and adaptable. The converted barn works just as well for rural settings as it does for more contemporary stories.
80s Interiors at Crocus Farm
Crous Farm pairs a classic Georgian exterior with traditional English interiors that lean towards an authentic 1980s feel. Large windows and strong Georgian proportions bring in plenty of natural light, while inside the spaces feel lived-in and elegant, with traditional details and a retro tone. A vacant farmhouse at Elm Tree Farm remains largely untouched since the 1970s, offering interiors that feel frozen in time, right down to the pistachio green bathroom suite. The house carries a strong post-war suburban character, ideal for productions looking for authentic late-20th-century domestic settings.
Set within acres of private land inside the M25, the location also benefits from generous parking and space for crew, making it practical for both filming and photoshoots of various scales.
Isolated cottage at Farling Farm
An isolated post-war cottage with a true middle-of-nowhere feel, Farling Farm offers a quiet, rural setting while remaining straightforward to access for crews. The cottage sits away from roads and modern distractions, making it ideal for intimate, scenes rooted in the post-war period.
Across the wider site, additional cottages and two farmhouses add variety in architecture and period detail, giving productions multiple looks within one compact location.
