At the heart of Knights Moat Farm sits a moated 17th-century Cotswold country house, rich in period charm and surrounded by formal gardens. The house offers traditionally styled interiors alongside characterful stone exteriors, all encircled by the ancient moat, creating a distinctive historic setting. Available to shoot both inside and out, it provides an authentic 17th-century backdrop with plenty of natural features, including arable fields, meadows, and water features.
17th century barns at Cherry Farm
Cherry Farm offers a rare collection of 17th–18th century historic barns, including a threshing barn formed of two joined barns with nine timber-framed bays, weatherboarded elevations, and a tiled roof. The barns are hundreds of years old, rich with the marks of original craftsmanship and gently evolved over time as farming practices changed. Carefully preserved rather than converted, the two historic farmsteads include granaries, stable blocks, large and small timber barns, brick sheds, and round grain silos, offering authentic backdrops for filming and photoshoots.

At the end of a long private farm drive at Darling Buds Farm sits a 16th / 17th-century tile-hung Kentish farmhouse, full of rustic character and largely untouched by modern development. Set within an unspoilt farmstead in a protected landscape, the farmhouse is surrounded by gardens, ponds, and a working patchwork of yards and outbuildings, creating a cohesive and authentic setting. Available for filming and photoshoots inside and out, it offers a lived-in, Olde English farmhouse backdrop rooted in tradition and history.

Beacon Hill Farm offers a 17th-century traditional stone farmhouse, surrounded by original barns and outbuildings within a traditional English farmstead.
