We’re Off To Groundswell 2024

This June (26th and 27th) sees the Farm Locations team head to a forward-thinking farm in Hertfordshire to meet hundreds of farmers and growers at ‘Groundswell 2024’. The owners of Lannock Manor Farm are playing host to the only regenerative agricultural festival in Europe, fondly nicknamed ‘The Glastonbury of Farming’. It’s our first year in the 8 years of Groundswell’s growing attraction, to now be having a stand at the show, and we cannot wait to meet like minds!

Regeneration farming is an exciting melting pot of emerging ideas on how to put into practice farming techniques that will best serve the land we farm.  In a nutshell, Regenerative farming is any type of food production which simultaneously improves the environment. For most people this means concentrating on improving the soil they farm with as little disruption or unnecessary intervention as possible. Soil is a farmer’s most important asset, and Groundswell brings together likeminded and curious farmers, growers, as well as the wider food and environment community, to learn about the theory and practical applications of regenerative farming systems.

Come and find us at Groundswell!

Jo and Carolyn will be in the West Marquee, just by the food hall, at Stand MS6. We have lots of exciting things to talk about including an upcoming special launch with new offers for new landowners.

Our commitment to helping landowners conserve Britain’s countryside and to give clients the inspiration to use it is never going to wane. Just as regenerative farming champions production practices in harmony with the land, so do we champion filming in harmony with the land too.

So, if you find yourself heading to Groundswell, please pop by and say hello. We would love to hear what regenerative farming means to you, and discuss how treading lightly as a film location might also fit in with your plans.

We hope to see you there.
